As a recipe developer/tester, I have more fun in the kitchen because the exercise is to open your palate, senses & knowledge to a whole new experience around food.  Oooh, ahhh, this is good...now what did I just do?  When it's great you get to do the happy dance, liking to the memories of when your mom made your favorite meal & couldn't sit still at the dinner table.

Play..... Invent....... Taste...... Create some more....... Start all over...again!
